Our Team
We are a team of folks from technical and management backgrounds. Fun loving, young and yet a very professional group, needless to say we hate organizational hierarchies.
Srikanth Krishna is the founder of Career Mitra, he is a web enthusiast, a first generation Entrepreneur. He holds master's degree in management from Marshall University and has done his bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from JNTU.
Prior to founding Career Mitra he was part of corporate sales team at naukri.com. Currently He dedicates full time on Career Mitra and plays active role in product strategy, business development and heads marketing intiatives. During free time he enjoys playing cricket and listens music.

Rajesh Kumar is the co-founder of Career Mitra, he holds a master's degree in computer science from University of Texas, Arlington, USA and has done his bachelor's in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.
He has more than five years of experience in Software development working for companies like Credit-Suisse, Life Technologies and Strand Life Sciences. During free times he enjoys long drives, playing tennis is his favourite past time.

Sirisha is also the co-founder of Career Mitra, she has done her bachelor's in computer science and engineering from JNTU. She had worked with Satyam, Cognizant as a Software Engineer before moving into CGI as a Sr. Software Engineer. She is actively involved during her free time and a contributor in both management and technical domains at Career Mitra.
She is a movie buff, great cook and classical dancer, during her free times she enjoys shopping and plays shuttle.

Bharathi is an engineering graduate in computer science from VTU. She works as content developer, hard working and a good team player.
She spends her free time listening music in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi and she sings as a hobby.
She likes travelling and shopping on week ends.
Usha is an engineering graduate in computer science from VTU. She works as a content developer, self motivated and a very active girl.
She likes spicy foods, listens music and a big fan of south actor Sidharth, she is a good singer and dancing is also one of her hobbies.
She enjoys cooking and playing shuttle during her free time.
